I am 51 yrs of age, was born in Ontario but have spent 39 yrs in British Columbia. [14 years in Port Hardy and the last 22 in the beautiful Comox Valley.]
In the last 15 yrs my working career has been in the Forest Industry in an administrative capacity, and most recently helping my husband with our plumbing business.
Politics has always held my attention and I was quite impressed to find a party that had similar beliefs and concerns as my own. I was particularly impressed with the Direct Democracy part of the platform, proposing to give power back to the people.. We the people of B.C. need a positive change and I feel this party is the answer.
